From century homes in River Heights and Wolseley to newer builds in Lindenwoods, Sage Creek and Bridgwater, Winnipeg houses each come with their own quirks. We work throughout Winnipeg and surrounding communities, and we plan every bathroom and kitchen renovation around the conditions and priorities of the home in front of us.

Questions homeowners ask us
Your project is run by Everden, and you deal with one point of contact from the first visit through to the final walkthrough. Some trades are licensed specialists — plumbing and electrical in particular — so depending on the scope, the person doing that part may be one of our own installers or a subcontractor we work with regularly. Either way they are people we have chosen and vetted rather than whoever happened to be free that morning, we manage them on site, and the responsibility for their work stays with us. If something is not right, you call us, not them.
No. Most customers give us access and carry on with their day. We agree the arrangement in advance, we lock up when we leave, and you get an update at the end of each working day so you always know where things stand.
Floor protection goes down on the way in and dust containment goes up at the doorway before demolition starts. The site is tidied at the end of every working day. You are living here while we work, and we build like we remember that.
Older homes hide surprises. If we find one, we stop, show you what we found, and price the change in writing before we proceed. Nothing gets added to your invoice that you have not agreed to in advance.
Your written workmanship warranty forms part of your renovation agreement. If something we built is not right, you call us and we come back and make it right. We would rather fix it than have you tell your neighbours we did not.
Yes. Our project pages show before and after photographs of real Winnipeg bathrooms and kitchens, with the scope of each job described. You are welcome to ask about any of them in detail.
Tell us about your project
We respond within one business day to discuss your project and arrange any measurements needed. We then confirm the scope, selections and timing of your written quote. No obligation, no pressure.
