How we work with you

What happens after you refer a client

Your referral reflects on you. We keep the handoff clear, document the scope and give the homeowner one accountable contact from first conversation through final walkthrough.
Everden Renovations team reviewing renovation plans with a Winnipeg homeowner

Scope built around the referral. We review the relevant recommendation, the existing bathroom and site conditions, then confirm what the renovation needs to accomplish before the scope is finalized.

Clear next-step timing. We respond within one business day and, after the site visit and scope review, confirm what is needed before the written quote can be completed.

Written project documentation. Quotes and invoices identify Everden, the project and the proposed or completed work. The program administrator or CRA determines funding or tax eligibility.

One point of contact. The homeowner has one Everden contact from the first conversation through the final walkthrough, so you are not left chasing project updates.

Programs and records your client may ask about

Some accessible bathroom work may qualify for provincial funding or federal tax relief. Eligibility is decided by the program administrator or CRA, not Everden. We provide clear project documents so the homeowner has the records related to our work.

What Everden provides

Written scope and supporting project records

Every job
The homeowner receives an itemized written quote before work begins and an invoice after completion showing Everden business details and the renovation scope. We document approved changes in writing.

Where relevant to the renovation scope, we can work from occupational therapist, physiotherapist or care-team recommendations without asking you to send full medical records.

Program rules, amounts and eligibility can change. Confirm current requirements with March of Dimes Canada and the Canada Revenue Agency before relying on funding or a tax credit.
